Hi, I was considering going from traditional running shoes to a more barefoot running shoe.
I recently bought a pair of nike 3.0 barefoot shoes but Im a bit wary of switching to them because I have what is called a proprioceptive heel strike. Even when I run in the nike 3.0 or even completely barefoot I still have the same heel strike.
Would it be safe for me to switch???
Im a serious runner. 6:00 min mile is my 10k race pace
