ING New York City Marathon Canceled – View the Twitter Response Here


As you may or may not have heard, the ING NYC Marathon that was set to be run on Sunday morning has been canceled. Regardless of whether you feel that cancellation was the right choice (I personally think it was), the late timing of the decision was very poor. Many runners are either en route or have already arrived in NYC to run the race, and the cancellation decision should have been made earlier in the week to allow people to make necessary arrangements (and not travel to NYC).
